Brussels sprouts aren’t a favorite of many. But this delicious recipe will likely change your mind! If you need to ease your child into eating healthy, or have a stubborn husband, try this dish for them. Pair with a grassfed steak and some sweet potatoes for a delicious dinner. Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 35 minutes
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- Slice the sprouts and add to a bowl.
- Add in olive oil, balsamic vinegar and season with the salt and pepper. Mix.
- Put the mixture into an oven-safe dish and cook for roughly 35 minutes.
- Remove, let cool, and enjoy!
