Prep Time: 10 minutes


Serves: 1

  • 1 carrot
  • 1/4 cup kale
  • 1 tsp goji berries
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
  • ½ tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 lime


  1. Grate the carrot, then add all ingredients (except the lime) to a large bowl.
  2. Mix, and then sprinkle with lime juice.
  3. Serve, and enjoy!
