Prep Time: 5 minutes
- ¼ cup basil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 avocado, pitted
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Blend the basil, avocado flesh, olive oil and lemon juice in a food processor.
- Add a touch of salt and pepper.
- Serve on your favorite dish, and enjoy!
