Looking for a pesto while avoiding dairy? This paleo pesto is a great one! The genius of this dish is that it’s very easy to modify. Try cilantro instead of basil, or cashews instead of pecans. Be wary – there is garlic in this one, so keep some mints or mouthwash around for afterward! And while you’re at it, go check out Barefoot Coconut – the creator of this delicious pesto!
