Prep Time: 5 minutes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 zucchini
- 5 olives
- Slice the zucchini and tomatoes, then put into large small bowl.
- Add the olives, then drizzle olive oil over salad.
- Add ingredients (optional), and serve with main dish!
