Tomato Zucchini Olive Salad

Prep Time: 5 minutes


Serves: 1

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 zucchini
  • 5 olives


  1. Slice the zucchini and tomatoes, then put into large small bowl.
  2. Add the olives, then drizzle olive oil over salad.
  3. Add ingredients (optional), and serve with main dish!
