Prep Time: 5 minutes


Serves: 1

  • 2 cups kale
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 celery stalks
  • ½ apple


  1. Put all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Vary water amount depending on the consistency you prefer.
  2. Add your favorite healthy choices on top, or add them to the blender and re-blend.
  3. Enjoy!
