Prep Time: 20 minutes
- 1 head lettuce
- 2 cups kale
- 2 tbsp walnuts
- 2 tbsp radishes
- 1/4 cup tomatoes
- 1 orange
- Put lettuce and kale on a large plate, mixing together.
- Slice the radishes and tomatoes, and place on top of the greens.
- Peel the orange and put on salad, then add walnuts.
- Add your favorite dressing, add some protein, and enjoy!
